Great company! Highly recommended. They do great work. Called and set up for them to come out and we’re able to work with me on a time and day that was good for both of us! Great local folks to handle your needs for your home !

Talked to Mr Wilson on Monday from work with questions,he was knowledgeable and professional. Tuesday my son and I figured out where the septic tank was and managed to find the access, throughout that process I texted questions and a couple pictures to him...he was very helpful and came out Wednesday morning took care of business and we are up and running again... I am a hands on kind of person and know he could have found the access point a whole lot quicker than we did.. when he showed up he had neat appearance,well spoken, respectful, and again very professional...

We called and was told he could come after lunch. He quoted a price and we accepted. He showed up as he said, pumped out our septic tank and charged what he quoted. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to others.

If you are looking for an honest, dependable and reliable service, then look no further. We called Wilson Septic Service early in the afternoon. George said that he would be here at 5 and he was, the very same day. Our problem could have been very expensive, but he saw a possible solution to try before spending a bunch of money. Not very many people would be that honest and we really appreciate it.

First interaction with them since BE Holbrook referred me for a septic pumping. They're the closest to me so I figured it would be easier than it has been. After going back and forth through text about whether my septic tank is in a crawlspace or not, whoever was supposed to come out cancels 20 minutes before he's supposed to be here. I haven't been able to use our bathroom for a week and Im having to stay elsewhere because of it. So now I get to wait and hope that someone can get out here quick from charlotte without charging an arm and a leg. Will not be contacting them again
