Came for a 10 min job to fix a leak on my sink the end of July I called two days later to say it was still leaking and they said they would get out there it is now SEPTEMBER and I finally got ahold of them was told on a Friday they would be at my house 8 am Tuesday waited all day called left messages no return call and no one showed up absolutely disgusting I paid for a job to be done and now having to pay another plumber for what they didn't fix! I would give your money to a more professional "business"

Called twice I was told they were working on a hot water heater after that he would call me, never called back but he did give me some ideals of what could be the problem I hate to give bad review but should return folks calls or just say your to busy so folks will move on and call another plumber…

They helped install a new water heater last week. They were kind, quick, and incredible. So thankful for their assistance. When the seal on the new water heater didn't set right they were out within a few days to reseal it and it's worked perfectly since. Thank you so much!

They told me they would be at my house by noon and no call no showed on me I waited all day for them and called repeatedly just to be ignored .. beware bad professionalism in my opinion

Wow! Thank you Roland! We’re undergoing a bathroom remodel, and Roland was kind and instructive about our next steps. He did a fantastic job extending new pipe for the shower and setting a new drain. I can’t thank B&B Plumbing enough for their kind and superior service.
