The tech cane out about an hour after I called. He was very professional and helpful. He checked everything, tested it out and found the issue. I really appreciate the respective service and knowledge Definitely recommend and will use Richards again in the future if I need HAVC help

We had to take a leap of faith to replace a lemon heat pump that had been improperly installed by a disreputable HVAC contractor. This person not only installed a lemon for the previous owners of our home, but then attempted to gouge us with exorbitant labor costs for warrantied replacement parts after we purchased the home. I can't say enough about Charlie and the people that sent him. After scheduling with a local company, and taking off work to be home when the tech showed up; it took me calling an hour and a half after to find out they weren't coming. A friend referred me to Richard's and I made the call, blindly hoping for them to make the house call same day. They not only showed up, they were there within an hour of speaking with the office and they sent the most friendly human on the planet, I'm pretty sure, to diagnose what was wrong! It didn't take long, he was highly knowledgeable! I can't possibly say enough about Charlie and this company, special thanks for helping a mama out in a bind!
