I am happy to say that my experiences with B&B Plumbing Services have been nothing but amazing. We were having problems with our water heater, and another plumbing company made everything worse. Kurt came and assessed the situation, called the manufacturer and spent a full hour on the phone talking to them, got the approval for the replacement under warranty, went to two Lowes because they didn’t want to take the old water heater back even though we had the authorization number, he dealt with their poor management and spent 3 HOURS talking to people, and finally got us the new water heater. He charged us only for the installation, even though he spent the whole day (from 9:15am to 4pm) working with us. Wish there were more than 5 Stars available. Over the past few years, Kurt has proven to be an outstanding professional and someone we can trust with the care of our home. We've had multiple projects from drain cleaning to replacing pieces in each bathroom. B&B Plumbing has our whole-hearted recommendation.

Kurt has been out to help us a couple times and he does efficient work and solves our problem. I’ve know the owner Brian for a few years and he is great as well! Just had them clear a drain for me and it was simple and easy. Great to have people in your home you can trust. Thanks!

B & B Plumbing provided an exceptional service call to our house this morning. Kurt was on time, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and resolve our issue. 10/10 would recommend him again.

I got a new fridge from NFM, and they told me I needed to run a new line and add a shut off valve to install it. Kurt was able to not only be at my house in 2 hours, he also hooked up my new fridge with no new valve needed!!!!!! Such a life saver!!!
