Herrmann Concrete Construction

Lyle and his team replaced my basement laundry room floor so that we could finish it. Turned out really nice. Very prompt service too. Had the whole thing done 2 days after I initially called.

I contracted with Jason to replace 2 sidewalk panels and install 2 French drains where water ponds on the sidewalk after heavy rains. The concrete work was amateurishly done. The finished edges did not match adjacent panels, the surface was uneven, rough, not level and crumbling at one edge. Dried concrete drips were stuck in a line between the area "repaired" and the driveway. The French drains were installed, but the tops were higher than the surrounding grass. I asked Jason to replace the panels. He said that a vinyl patch would fix things. I got a 2nd opinion. That opinion was that the 2 panels should be replaced and that a patch would not repair the poor finish, lumpiness and uneven levels of the hardened concrete. Lyle and his team were awesome. I went back and forth with plans and what we asked him to do. He was patient with us prior to completing our backyard patio. We are very pleased with the quality of work and are excited to get outside to enjoy it.

They did an EXCELLENT job doing our new patio in our backyard.
