For truck drivers you MUST BACK IN, I had a delivery here today and it's my first time here. Ok, I walked in to give the lady at front desk my paperwork and she stated that someone will be out to help me. 7 minutes go by, still nobody came out. I walked back in asking if I could get help backing across the street, due to it being 2 way traffic. She then stated that it was illegal for them to help!!!!! Lol no, it's ILLEGAL for me to back across 2 lanes of traffic to back in for y'all delivery. The attitude from 1 lady was bad enough, but then another lady came out saying we can't help you back up with even more attitude. Lol it's toooo early and raining to be having attitudes when you brought the stuff. But the 2 guys that came out was VERY helpful and sweet. They the only reason this compa

Poor customer service - couldn’t tell you what their work was like because the company representative couldn’t keep his appointments straight - then when I called since he was gone (before the scheduled time) was told oh well he’s off to another customer. I changed my schedule to accommodate his and was treated like trash - sorry guys this just gives me a bad taste in my mouth for how you will take care of my house - lots of woodworkers out there - I’ll find someone else more respectful of their customers time.

Customer was very professional, got there check In, 15 minutes, I was unloaded and back rolling.
