Poor service. Misdiagnosed the issue within 5minutes the guy was in and out after picking up the service call check without even lifting a finger. I am now working with another contractor to get it fixed. He was alarmed as well that it was a major issue and BC service guy said it was nothing. Will not use BC again. Wish I had read previous reviews before calling them.

Called answering service because of a clogged kitchen sink. Without even returning the call he said sounds like a septic problem. Terrible! Bathroom works just fine. So glad he can diagnose without even calling back. Coward had answering service call me back. Sad customer service. I had no problem paying night weekend rate to get it fixed.

Young man who came, was on time, VERY professional and knew his craft. I had tried for two weeks with several other companies trying to get someone to show up and help me with an electric issue. BC made an appointment and then called me several days early to say they had an opening and arrived on time and took care of the problem in less than an hour. Super impressed and happy. Thank you!

They cancelled my appointment on the day of scheduled service twice, and on the third try they never showed for their late AM appointment, and they never called to update me that they would be late. I finally called them at 3pm and cancelled everything. When I cancelled, it seemed like they didn’t even cared that I cancelled. Good luck to all their future customers, I won’t be one.

Very knowledgeable and clear about what they are doing. Hid nothing from me. Up-front about everything. Communicated their demands right from the start. Came in did the work, I signed off, and everyone was happy.
