Quick, knowledgeable, efficient and polite service! Im very pleased. Called 1 day, they were here the next to pump our septic. Will definitely recommend and use again!

We have used this business x2 in last 10 years without issue. But not this time, we called in Nov 24 bc we needed our tank emptied, nobody returned our call. We waited til January thinking he was busy. We called at least 3 times between end of January and beginning Feb, my husband explained the water backing in tub and toilet is clogged.. nothing, no call back ... So we called Falkowski, who were here in one hour, emptied tank and unclogged toilet.

We thought we had a septic issue. We called Jason and he came over the next day within the time window that he stated. My daughter was home to let them in and communicated with me via speakerphone. They worked quickly to assess that we actually did not have a problem and explained what had happened. They recommended that we have a cleaning to make sure our 30 year old system was going to continue to operate effectively and what they would need to do. When I asked the service fee, Jason said, "None!" you didn't have a problem. I have no need to charge you for anything." He very easily could have charged us for his time, but wouldn't. When we do the maintenance for the system, I will 100% call Thresher Septic Services. Plus--these guys are very personable, friendly, and kind.

Excellent service from start to finish. Got back to me very quickly and service was done the next day. Very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend. Jason is the guy to call.

What I liked most about working with Jason (owner) is that he is a man of his word, which is sadly becoming a thing of the past. He worked with me to get a new septic system installed on a house I was selling. The issue was that the system was to be installed after I sold the house, funded through escrow. Before the sale, he quoted me a price, and stuck to it to the penny. He had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation since escrow was funded to 1.5x his quote, and I had moved across the country! But instead, JASON KEPT HIS PROMISE by holding to the quoted price. This was even after the county required him to rebuild the mound! (it wasn’t exactly how they wanted it...ridiculous.)
