Zach came 2x. We both agreed the 1st time the toilet seemed fine after he put some wedges under it. He asked if I was sure and I said that I was. I should've listened to Zach and tried it to make sure...I went to use the restroom and it still was leaning. Zach came right back out and completely fixed the issue and it was no charge. Zach with B&D Supply came the same day I called not once but twice within minutes of my call. Good company and with Zach being the face of B&D for the customer...he did an amazing job. So respectful. Awesome customer service....Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend B&D and Zach is a fantastic employee for them. Won't call anywhere else if I ever need service....I also will recommend to all my family and friends. Nice to have good ole fashion

Kudos to Tim Lilly and his crew, Matt and Aaron, for the professionalism and expertise shown when installing my new central air unit. Having been retired from the City of Rock Falls where I interacted with Tim and Bill Lilly in years past, now being on the other side of the counter so to speak; it's my pleasure and honor to see how Matt and Aaron worked as a team to install my unit all within a few hours. Tim and Bill should be commended in having dedicated and knowledgeable employees who do enjoy their work. Thanks for the great service!

B&D came to me within 20 minutes of calling them and had my furnace fixed for a reasonable price in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and kind respectful service tech! Thank you. I highly recommend these guys!

We needed our A/C repaired and called B&D and they did phenomenal work! We have cold air all throughout the house and the unit is quiet. They got there first thing at 8am and got the job done before noon. They don't charge a fee to come out, look at the issue, and write you up an estiamte either! Highly recommend working with B&D especially Jerry!

Initially B & D Supply came to my newly purchased home on a freezing cold weekend because the heater was not working... they responded immediately, got the furnace functioning. We then called them to install a new furnace/air conditioning unit and they did the new install. To top it all off, when the season changed from cold to warm, they called and came out to check to ensure the air conditioning was working properly and had the proper freon level, as they were finding new from the distributor, some units had inadequate levels, some were found to be empty even. Very professional, responsive, and caring business. They have earned our business, and I have no need to ever go anywhere else!! Thank you so much, Jerry and Brad and team!!! The Sperlings
