I was dreading the tube drainage repair. I called SVP and scheduled repair in a week. Two guys did a fix in a tough spot in less than 2 hrs. And I smiled when they were paid. So happy. Now I can move on. Thank you!

They wouldn't tell me how much the parts where going to cost me before scheduling an appointment to get my furnace repaired Really scetchy company. I even asked if the part is going to be under or over $100 and they said "It can be under $100 and others are over $100, we dont tell give out that information." What kind of answer is that...

Great service, the receptionist Nicole was great with communicating and sending a plumber out in a timely manner thanks Nicole! And the plumbers came out and helped with a clog in my basement and explained a few other things and were friendly. Will be using sauk valley plumbing again.

I first contacted SVP in early December, I had 2 guys come out to assess a main drain clog. The workers were professional and quick. 1 week later, we are completely clogged again, After 3 phone calls to SVP they finally send out a crew with a camera and find a tree root has smashed the out going sewer line. I called to get an estimate for 2 weeks, finally the owner Tim shows up and his assessment was to replace the line at a cost of $5000. His guys showed up the next morning and started the job. Thank God I don't have elderly people or children next door because of the language used by the crew. Sauk valley plumbing does good work but has very poor communication with their customers. Edit 2: The project is complete. They were very professional and did really great work. The owner, Tim, stopped by to check on the project. He is a great guy and cares about quality work and is reasonable with cost. I give 4 stars for the professionalism and quality on the job. Docked 1 star just because I had to initiate all communication from the beginning until project completion, 3 months later. * Edit: have talked through the project with multiple people now and it is weather permitting. They are very busy so sometimes it's difficult to get ahold of them to line up logistics. Changed my rating to neutral now that things are rolling.
