Been a customer for Billy and his company since 2021 - so I’ve had several interactions with them. Overall the company lacks consistency and communication. If you have them setup on a weekly they’ll show up on a Wednesday one week, the next week they’ll show up on a Friday, sometimes they don’t show up at all. I understand things happen and schedules can change, what I don’t appreciate is the lack of communication. That is not acceptable for any professional company and it shows that they just do not care. During a drought spell they didn’t show up for several weeks. I received no notice that they wouldn’t show and only found out when I called the owner. He even stated that my next bill would be pro-rated, when I reviewed my next bill it was for the full amount. Again… no consistency, no f

I was paying them incrementally to remove the trees from my property. They charged me $18,600 in total. I finally paid the last bit which came to $7800 and thought they’d finish shortly thereafter. Wrong. They cleared some debris for an hour and then took off. Haven’t been back in 2 months. Pretty sure they never had any intention of honoring the agreement. If you do use their services… be sure to get a contract involved. It’s the only way to get legal backing in this type situation.

Rude, condescending. Did not complete job as described in estimate. Harassing both homeowners at 1030pm for invoice billing instead of providing at any time of same day during business hours while I was present on property and available. Made serious legal threats unreasonably and attempted bully tactics. Insanely unprofessional conduct and behavior. Also charged us for disposal fees then dumped items for disposal, illegally on another's property across from ours. Also used supplies of homeowner, NOT agreed in estimate and was KNOWN to them supplies were setup for return pickup with home depot- used them anyways and we had to demand refund for cost of said supplies with 3rd party mediation involvement to resolve and have job completed by a different landscaping group and illegally dumped i
