I want to give a BIG shout out to all the guys at B & J Heating and Air, who have worked tirelessly to make sure I had heat and installed a new HVAC system and all new ductwork yesterday!! I am tellin' ya folks, these guys are the BEST!! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great pricing and excellent communication. I totally recommend B&J!!

We used this B&J Heating and Air over the summer to replace our AC, and the experience was positive. They were responsive, took the time to understand our situation, and worked with us to find a solution that actually fit our needs rather than trying to sell us on something we didn't need. When our heat stopped working this winter, we called them again and they showed up the same day and fixed the issue. Throughout both experiences, they were honest, dependable, and straightforward about what was needed and why. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.

When my heat went out I called B&J at 8:00 in the morning. I was at work thinking I would be lucky if I could get someone out there the same day. I was wrong. The repair man was there by 9:00. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to me. Super customer service and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B&J Very satisfied customer!

Used to be Air Works and an amazing company. B & J bought company and are never on time and when you talk to them on the phone you get an attitude. Have a warranty package for services so forced to use them. Bottom line if my warranties were not with this company I would be using a different company. When they are late they blame you for their dispatchers. When you have proof of your scheduled time and date they just can never find in system. One person blames the next. Honestly it is a leadership and management issue.
