Well first off, I called B&J this afternoon to see if they had any available technicians to service our AC unit. With the 2026 ice storm expected in a few days, I was hoping to be seen quickly—but I was not expecting same-day service by any means. Not only was the call scheduled the same day, but the service was completed the same day as well! Andrew Phillips was a fantastic technician. He explained each step of what he was doing and why, and he also brought to our attention two issues we were previously unaware of, along with the recommended services. Andrew never tried to push a sale or pressure us into making a decision. Bryce was such a big help with my water filter. He was very polite, he has amazing customer service, he immediately fix my issue with my water filter took less than 30mins. We even shared an experience on a different situation. I do believe the value of B&J Plumbing is 10/10 recommend !!!!

My service technician Michael was awesome.He arrived at the time commuicated. Michael accessed the problem, provided options, and quoted a price. He went right to work and took care of the problem. We had been told the installation teams at B&J are excellent and we still weren't prepared for the level of efficiency and professionalism demonstrated by Barbee and team. The installation of both the upstairs and downstairs heating/cooling units are immaculate, and today's return to summer weather has provided the perfect test of the systems' effectiveness. From the first notification that the team was on their way to our home, until their departure, every step of the process was outstanding. Would definitely recommend for HVAC service and/or installation.
