Had an appointment with another heating and air company that had to be rescheduled twice due to staffing. 2nd time rescheduling ended up being right before a big ice storm was headed our way. Called Lyndon and explained the situation. They took my info, explained their services, prices, etc and emailed everything to me to sign off on and had someone out within an hour. Great service and professional from the very beginning! Technician explained everything he did in detail from start to finish and was very thorough. Will definitely recommend!!

I contacted this company around 8:30 am and Josh was here within an hour or less! He did a phenomenal job in a very professional manner with knowledge. I called Lyndon this morning because furnace had stopped heating the house that I have a Tenant occupying. Very polite, quick, and easy to schedule service. On the coldest day of winter so far, I called at 9am and Josh was at the renters house making repairs at 1:30pm. By 2:10pm job was done, I received a call from Josh, renters are happy! I specify renters, because I called a few HVAC Companies that didn't service rental properties. Josh was very professional! Very knowledgeable, and has my business. Thank you much. John G.

Good quality service, called today, Heating was fixed today, within 2 hours. Prices were offered up front, technician was good and explained what happened as he worked. The technician also took photos before and after, parts that were damaged, and temperature after the fix. Highly recommend.

The Pros: 1) The staff are friendly and they answer the phone The Cons: 1) You’ll be the one to have to call because they don’t keep you informed of what’s going on 2) It took 8 months to complete the installation of my new HVAC unit. 3) They forgot to get the inspection done for about 6 weeks and it failed when it was done. My Story: In May, 2025, I needed to replace my HVAC unit. Lyndon had good reviews so I called them up. We signed a contract and on June 4, they installed the HVAC unit. Afterwards, they told me the heating strips I purchased with the unit were on backorder, but they’d be back in a week or two to install them. So, I paid the bill and waited. After a few weeks with no word, I called them and was told that they would arrive tomorrow, then they would schedule the install.
