Shout out to Bob for really helping our family out by fixing my mother-n-laws fridge under LG warranty! Bob communicated clearly while ordering parts and scheduling a visit. No surprises and we are back up and working. I would recommend B&K highly!

These guys are cool. Was having an issue with a low tier GE dishwasher where it would tilt over time, making the door hard to close and usually making a mess while running. Kacey showed up, took a look, and had the parts on order before he left. I had a positive experience with the whole team. Highly recommend!

Had a warranty claim with Samsung (who were a nightmare to deal with) Bob and Casey responded as soon as Samsung finally moved my claim forward, got me on the schedule the first appointment next day and turned in their report immediately. Took the time to educate me on what failed and what the process would look like. I’ve been in service management for years and would hire either of them on the spot!

First class operation. Special thanks to Kirsten and Kacey. Kirsten handled the scheduling and communication with ease and professionalism. Kacey handled the repairs. He was very thorough, showed me what caused the issue(s), and fixed both issues with our Samsung refrigerator (model RF28NHEDBSG/AA). He was professional, yet had a sense of humor that my wife and I enjoyed. I will definitely use B&K Appliance Services again, and refer them to family and friends.
