Last winter, we needed the furnace repair completed at my house. The results exceeded my expectations. The crew was prompt, tidy, and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely phenomenal. Called on recommendation by a coworker as my heat wasn't working, it was supposed to be extremely cold tonight and we needed to have it fixed. Larry was at another job when I called and let me know he would call be back as soon as he was finished. He did just that and showed up about an hour after my initial call. He came out and was able to get the heat going again and explained the problem to me in a clear and concise manner. The fix he made was completed quickly and professionally. He was clear that he would still recommend having a Lennox dealer come out as some of the issues with the furnace shouldn't be happening as it isn't that old, but was thankfully able to get me up and running in the meantime.
