B & M Pool Spa & Patio

We purchased a new spa a year and a half ago. It has been leaking since we got it. It got worse and In September, we called to have someone come look at it. When I called they said I didn’t exist in their “System” and I had to call the Metter store. After 2 weeks of calling they “found” me. Our spa was still under warranty. It took another week to get a technician to look at it. I have called the store 4 times to speak with the manager Lori, and the young lady that answers the phone still keep telling me I don’t exist in their “system” so she can’t check on my repair. I leave messages Lori to call me back and I don’t know if she doesn’t get them or if she is ignoring me. After multiple phone calls and emails, I'm still waiting for B & M to fix the multiple cracks in my pool decking that appeared within the first month after it was completed . I talked with Spence about the situation and he said he would look at it. That was last year. This is a new pool that was finished last September 2025.

As a first time pool owner, B&M Pools has help make my learning process easy and fun. All the employees are incredible. They are patient and kind! Plus they always call me by name when I come in the store! I am very grateful for all their help and guidance.

The ladies at B&M have been amazing from start to finish. I’m new to the pool scene, and the ladies behind the counter have been so patient and supportive. I’ve learned so much, and they have gone above and beyond to me. Shout out to Mrs. Debbie and Caitlin for helping me problem solve!

Everyone there is sooo helpful! Full of expertise, advice, and suggestions. I went in not knowing anything about how to care for my pool, and 5 years later I can say everything I know is because of them. And, they always have what I need to care for my pool. ;)
