From the beginning, they were honest and transparent with pricing, brought samples directly to our home, and gave thoughtful, straightforward advice without any pressure. They completed our entire first-floor flooring and entryway cabinetry, and the results are beautiful. The quality of both the materials and workmanship really shows, no corners cut, no rushed or sloppy work. The project started and finished on time, and while there were a few small follow up items the next week, they handled them promptly and without disruption. What really stood out was their integrity. We encountered water damage on our main floor living room ceiling due to a faucet leak in our upstairs master bath soaking tub. We worked with B&R Hardwood and Tile and turned a problem into an opportunity to improve our home. New access panel to our master bath soaking tub, main floor popcorn ceiling removal and replaced with a flat ceiling, new recessed lights in our living room and den, new ceiling fans in our living room and 3-season porch, new living room access walls, and new entry way light. We LOVE how our renovations turned out, feels like a brand new home! An amazing upgrade all thanks to the great team at B&R Hardwood and Tile. Kurt and his team were very present and communicative during the entire project. They brought solutions to a few challenges that came up with the tile and vanity and assured us they would be able to make it work. We worked with B&R Hardwood on 4 projects over the course of the last 8 months. We wanted to transform our main living area into a more inviting space for entertaining and hosting guests. B&R replaced our bar height multi-level island with a massive counter height island, we removed the wall between our living room and formal dining room, replaced the main floor flooring with LVP, and decided to have our current kitchen cabinets painted white to match the new island. We had a very specific timeline we wanted to meet, and B&R met all expectations. They are extremely thorough and very attentive. Kurt was at our house on almost a daily basis. I initially hired B&R several years ago through Angie's List to update our master tub/shower. Since then, I have turned to them for a number of additional projects. The total scope of work has included a partial remodel of the master bath, hardwood flooring and trim installation in multiple rooms, tiling and carpet installation, and retreading of a staircase. My experience with the trades they have brought in to do the work has been very good. The workers are courteous and respectful, and take a great deal of pride in their work. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Pricing is higher than average; I believe this is due to the fact that they recommend premium products (a great installation of a cheap product will still look cheap).
