Jeff at Premier Pool and Spa was excellent to work with. He’s a great salesperson and helped us pick out a wonderful hot tub, but what really impressed me was everything that happened after the sale. It’s been over a year and a half, and Jeff still checks in on us. He even came to our house in person to help troubleshoot an issue we had with the hot tub. His communication has been outstanding throughout, which is rare these days. Premier Pool and Spa is hands down the best place to buy a hot tub in the area, that’s why I happily drove an hour to shop there. Totally worth it. Amazing people and a fantastic place.

I really appreciated how fast they came out, how transparent they were about pricing, and how clearly they explained what needed to be done. The whole experience felt honest, trustworthy, and professional. I will definitely be using them again for any future pool or spa needs.

I live in Colorado Springs and bought a replacement EcoPak for our 2011 Arctic Spa. Not only did it come quickly, but the service department has been extremely helpful in providing support. I'm especially grateful since our local dealership leaves much to be desired!

Jeff is the man. He took time on weekends, outside of his business hours, to make sure we were good to go - TWICE. We love our new hot tub and know we’re in great hands with the Premier team!
