Hunter was honest regarding the work that was necessary to waterproof the basement without adding a bunch of extra work that wasn’t necessary to jack up the price. The work crew was kind, professional, courteous, prompt and didn’t waste anytime at doing an excellent job! They also answered questions without any issues. I’d recommend B-Sure Systems to save money compared to the other two companies I received quotes from. Plus, the lifetime warranty is reassuring! First picture before and other pics after.

I had a few puddles in my basement and I wanted to transform it into a clean dry living space. I got estimates from waterproofing companies and I realized that waterproofing was pretty serious and expensive problem. ALL of the OTHER companies used intense scare tactics to justify their extreeme cost. B-Sure was different. They were just as thorough, but with no pressure. They demonstrated competence and integrity from start to finish. They have developed a quality system that they tailored to fit my changing needs. They offered the best price too. Extremely happy with B-Sure. Had a water remediation system, two egress windows and parging performed at my house. Hunter and the crew were fantastic. Very fast and proficient. Wish they offered more services because they were definitely one of the best contractors I have worked with.

We first used B-Sure Systems 10 years ago to do work on our basement crawl space when our house was about to be listed. They did some waterproofing & insulation and made some changes to our sump pump system to make sure everything was up to code and ready for showings. They were efficient and did excellent work….. and we were so confident in their work that we just hired them again to construct an active drainage system in our 10 year old house after having some water in the basement. Ron came out pretty quickly and was able to provide a quote the same day. His team, including his sons, were respectful of our property and completed the work in one day. You can feel confident in hiring them and know that they take pride in the work they do.

Had them apply exterior sealant on foundation. Discolored areas were apparent. Installers said it had to "dry". Blotches remained. Contacted them to ask for advice and was told by Ron to send pictures and he would get back to me. He never did. I would call or email but was always informed that Ron had seen the pictures, but he was always either "out of the office" or "out of town". I just wanted to ask what I could apply over the discolored area that would be compatible with what they had applied. Never got the answer. No customer support once the check is cashed. Be Sure to get someone else to do your foundation work. Very disappointing.
