We recently moved into an older home, and the panel wiring was a mess. Their circuit panel rewiring experts organized and updated everything to current safety standards. It’s reassuring to know our home is now wired properly.

Power outages were all too frequent in our home due to our old electrical panel that was barely handling all our modern appliances. It was definitely the right call to have our electrical panels upgraded by this company. At present, using the microwave or any other heavy appliance doesn't cause the lights to go out, so I have no stress.

The maintenance staff appeared on time, also performed an intense inspection, filtered out inconsequential flaws in advance of them becoming consequential threats, resulting in a guarantee of domestic safety, and a reduction in potential repair costs; indicators of their reliability and technical skill.

BW came out on behalf of my home owner insurance company. I had an outlet that had gone bad so I replaced it on my own and had connected the lines incorrectly as the outlet was different. The electrician explained it as they were fixing it ~ I wish I would have asked for clarity because it was something I could have fixed easily but instead they charged me on top of the home warranty company service fee so in total $175 to switch placement of wires on 1 outlet. Pretty disappointed about that and wish I would have asked more questions before paying the extra $110 for them to switch the wires.

Great service and communication! I really appreciated the heads-up call when they were on their way. The electrician arrived within an hour, fixed my fuse with no power issue efficiently, and kept me informed throughout. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
