We had problems with our outdoor drains getting clogged, which caused water to pool on our patio every time it rained in Tacoma. We reached out to B & W Septic Services, and Cesar came out to take a look. He found that roots had gotten into our drain line and that was causing the backup. Cesar did a great job clearing out the line and made sure everything was flowing properly again. We were really happy with how quickly the work was done, especially since rain was in the forecast. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend their plumbing services to others.

Danny and Jordan did an incredible job with the plumbing issue. Initially, the first drain snake they used to clear the trap wasn't long enough to remove the blockage. Instead of pretending the problem was solved, they were honest and said that they needed a different, longer snake. However, it wasn't in their van because Brady had borrowed it. So, they had to leave for about 30 minutes to fetch the correct equipment from Tacoma. After returning, they cleared the clog within 30-45 minutes using the appropriate tools. They did an exceptional job! I'd recommend these plumbers.

I appreciated that they took the time to explain the problem and various solutions, equipping us with the knowledge to prevent similar issues in the future. The water damage resulting from the plumbing backup was also efficiently dealt with by their team. They even went the extra mile to liaise with our insurance company. This all happened in Tacoma, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received.

Danny came to our place in Tacoma and gave us a detailed estimate for replacing our water heater. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and professional. Clearly, he's an experienced plumber with a wealth of information about water heaters and the best practices for installation. Danny also kindly performed some free water pressure tests and informed us about the malfunction of our water pressure regulator. The company he represents seems to be first-rate. We're still exploring options for our water heater replacement, but would certainly endorse this company based on this quote.
