Parents furnace went out around Christmas time. Bob came very quick and replaced the faulty inducer. Upon inspection of the furnace he noticed the heat exchanger was in bad shape on this 20+ year old unit. Bob & his team came back and replaced the whole furnace. Job was done very neatly, affordably & professionally. Would highly recommend B&Z heating to anybody in the south suburbs. 5 stars !

Let me start by saying that I have always been very cautious because almost every company tries to rip people off. Well, let me tell you, B&Z provides honest, fair, and quality services. They are a family-owned and operated company. My furnace was overheating due to the wrong air filter. They came, inspected the unit, and scheduled me for a follow-up cleaning. I will be a regular customer and will be getting my yearly cleaning with B&Z from now on!

B&Z Heating has been servicing our heating and air conditioning needs for the past 20+ years. This morning we woke up to a cold house, our furnace stopped working. I gave B&Z Heating a call and Bob was out this morning to diagnosis the problem. The blower motor went out, our Carrier furnace was 9 years old so the motor was covered under warranty. The motor was not in stock at the local warehouse so Bob went above and beyond to drive to the north side to get the motor. He returned in the afternoon and completed the repair. All fixed and only needed to pay for the labor. Exception service by B&Z Heating, I highly recommend them!

Today we had B&Z Air Conditioning in Orland Park come out to do a clean and check on our air conditioner. This is something we do annually. Unfortunately, we used previous companies (not mentioned) that didn’t follow through. Robert’s son Peter arrived in a timely manner. He took our system apart, cleaned it and also provided important information and advised us on our furnace. He was polite, professional and worked diligently to complete the task. He didn’t try to sell us unnecessary parts or upgrades. These days that rarity. So if you’re looking for an honest, family run company, I truly recommend B&Z in Orland.
