Would have actually given 0 stars however that’s not an option. We had a scheduled chimney cleaning today this morning 10/23/25 my wife received what seems like an automated text from the company stating our technician is no longer available and we understand you may have to call someone else sorry for the inconvenience. No mention of trying to reschedule just dropped our appointment like a bad habit. Not a reliable business in my opinion. No one reached out to reschedule, just up and canceled on us. We will not be reaching out to them for any further business

This lunatic is insane! He threatened us in a parking lot at Walmart when we told him to stop hitting peoples cars. This happened in Hugo! I wish they were like the guys salting and plowing Walmart! Those guys helped me get my car unstuck across the lot!

The team arrived on time, was very professional, and did a fantastic job cleaning the ducts. They took the time to explain the process and show me before and after photos. I feel like the air in my house is much cleaner now.
