Baby Gorilla Tree Service Taos

I had the pleasure of getting to know the owner and crew of baby gorilla tree service over the summer/fall while they worked on one of Taos’s oldest and largest trees sandwiched in my apartment complex. Anthony, the owner is one of the most compassionate and kind humans I have ever met in my life. I watched members of his crew help escort an elderly tenant through the parking lot, they helped move our vehicles to accommodate the equipment and communicated directly with me even though I wasn’t the landlord, because they tree happened to be in my yard. I can’t recommend them enough. I will genuinely miss chatting with Anthony and the crew and having their presence here at the apartments. They also did a phenomenal job on the tree. If I could give Anthony and his crew six stars, I'd do it! First, Anthony returns calls quickly. He shows up when he says he will be there, either for an estimate or for the actual job. His crew is terrific. Best of all they do fantastic work! I highly recommend Baby Gorilla!

We lost a lot of trees in the December 2021 wind storm. Two trees landed on our cabin with 5 other trees leaning and propped on those si that they were ganging over the cabin. Anthony was on it right away! It was a very complex and high risk job. They had to plan out the whole job like a puzzle or we would have ended up with trees in the house. They did a great job and prevented any further damage! Highly recommended!!!

I was so impressed with how professional and knowledgeable these people are. The arborist who came out was Sancho, and she was incredibly capable and got the job done really very quickly and well. Our trees now look fantastic and are no longer a danger to the house. It seems my yard was cleaner when they were done than when they got there. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wholeheartedly recommend Baby Gorilla for any tree service you may need to have done. We had a very large old elm tree in our backyard that was mostly dead and needed to be removed. From the start, Anthony was clear and responsive with all his communication. He stopped by, and gave us a fair estimate, and we set up a day that worked for everyone. On the day, he and his crew arrived with a dump truck, a huge chipper, and their bucket truck. They took their time to make a safe plan of attack, and then went at it. Amazingly, they were done and cleaned up in less than 5 hours! They raked and removed all the branches and twigs, and actually left the yard cleaner than it was to begin with. The workers on the crew seem like they've been working together for a long time. They were all very frie
