Great move-out clean! She did a thorough job on our 2-bed, 1-bath apartment. Had to supply a mop, but that’s understandable. They kept the original appointment after I couldn’t reschedule. Would recommend!

Cherie did an amazing job! She's a superstar and we'd hire her again without a doubt. She focused on thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms and deep-cleaning the kitchen as requested. The floors were spotless after handling our dust problem, and the last-minute window cleaning was perfect. Very impressive!

New to area and selected Back Savers after calling around and getting quotes. When cleaners were here, found out I was being charged an additional 2 hrs of labor, not mentioned when quoted, for their drive from Medford to north Ashland... there were other issues too. But most disappointed by false quote / 50% "travel" up-charge. Thankfully had new neighbors and work colleagues recommend long trusted alternatives... given our experience, suggest leveraging word-of-mouth recommendations as opposed to what you find online.

We booked a deep clean and Aroura and Hollie were fantastic—on time, efficient, and communicative. Our apartment has never looked better. Will definitely use them again.
