Best experience with Backup Power Solutions. Installation went flawlessly. My particular installation issues were worked perfectly. The only problem I’ve had is reconnecting the generator to my new WiFi system. Following the reconnect directions is crazy. And I continue getting Email reminders.

Got our generator installed yesterday and BOOM the power went out last night. It kicked right back on! Great install team and no problems.

Very impressed with our service! We needed an older generator serviced at our newly purchased home, and they took care of everything. They made recommendations and asked me first before going ahead with any repairs or replacements. The technician was very kind, informative, and knowledgeable!

They do a nice job on sales and installation BUT buy your service elsewhere. I own two whole house systems and have been paying for annual service (about $200 each). This year (2024) I checked the Generac service requirements for my units and found that they require service every TWO years typically. The service manager called to schedule annual service on my one year old, 20 hour run-time unit and argued with me about the requirements. I'm correct, he's trying to do un-needed service. I found another dealer who follows the service requirements and who will charge less in another year when I actually need normal preventative maintenance service.

I had them come out and do the in home survey for a home stand by generator. They were very proffesional and thorough. The pricing was very competitive and the only company with multiple product lines and a fully authorized service company for sales, service and rental. I would highly recommend!
