Great job!!! We are extremely pleased with Backyard Beauties work!! They did exactly what we asked & their rate was very fair. David, the owner, kept in constant contact with us, which was very much appreciated & they started & finished the job without delay. We will be using their services from here on out! Don't even bother attempting to contact this company! I was quoted an amount to do a job in March that I accepted to have completed on 5/1/25 at 11:00 a.m. They were late and then received a phone call two hours later that they were in an accident. Then we rescheduled again one week later for 9:30 a.m. and I was assured that I would be the first customer and again, they never showed up. I kept texting to get an exact time for someone to arrive and kept getting pushed off. Ultimately, they never showed up and the job is still unfinished! They are very unprofessional, and the communication is awful!!!!!!!!

Posted negative review a while back. After the winter was done I was contacted by a guy named Von that is an employee of theirs. He came up to see what needed done. He arrived early to take care of the work. He did some extra work that needed done. Nice work.

If I have to Rate his service I would give them 0 star . Very poor service, extremely unprofessional. We hired them and every time we have to text them that it is time to mow . They took two or three days extra to come. This time it’s been almost three week that they didnot come.our back yard is like a marsh . Very embarrassing and disappointing. Definitely we gonna fire them and hired any good and reliable person . Do not hired them . Very pathetic and horrible service e

Backyard Beauties came back to do work for us this past May 2023. Unfortunately they did not finish the work as promised and left a lot of debris and wood behind. Very disappointed with them. Warning! Do not pay them without checking the work personally first. Have been trying to get them to complete the work and finish the job since May. It is now mid September.
