Zach and Renee are very knowledgeable and are so easy to talk too. They are always there to answer all of our questions. We are so happy with our hot tub purchase. This is the best hot tub we have ever owned! So easy to maintain and the service we receive from Backyard Leisure is top notch. Also, the Covana top we purchased is amazing. It locks our hot tub air tight and gives us the privacy we have never experienced with our previous hot tub. We recommend everyone to go to Backyard Leisure.

Not off to a great start. Loved our sales person but delivery and technician for repairs ( damage from delivery team) have been awful. Delivery team stripped all the screws out and scratched our acrylic by hitting our fence. Technician came out today said just to use a square bit on the rounded out screws and that our cover assist was fine because 3 of the 4 screws were still holding and he wasn't going to do anything, he just wanted to complain about how his wife up and left him. Unprofessional and frustrating. Update: A different technician came out the next day after my complaint and fixed our issues with ease
