We interviewed several reputable fence companies before choosing Backyard Medic. It wasn't an easy decision because we liked them all. We choose Ben because he seemed forthright and honest, and his price was in the ballpark. The area we fenced is large and we did it for our dog to run. Ben has dogs and was informative and helpful when we had questions concerning the area to fence. He advised us well on what we needed with gates and wood, and was accommodating even through an unforeseen delay on our part. We love our new fence, receive lots of compliments on it, and would go with them again.

Ben and his crew installed our wood fence for a reasonable price and in a very timely manner. They did great work and were a pleasure to work with from the estimate to the finishing of the installation. The materials are freaking solid too. I don’t think we could’ve done much better with anyone else. Ben’s a dog person too, so if your putting up a fence for pups he’s your guy. Little things like filling in ground hog holes and making the gates open inward (when possible) may not matter to others but if you have dogs you appreciate them. They also gave us a 2 year warranty while others offered only a year. Highly recommend these guys.

I highly recommend Backyard Medic! Ben is great to work with. He understood exactly what I needed And did a beautiful job. I needed a 6' privacy fence since I have 3 dogs. Not sure what the actual service or product is like but Ben was late to our estimate appointment and was trying to talk us out of our choice, after speaking with several experts. We told him we wanted vinyl but he was trying to talk us into wood over vinyl fencing (probably b/c there's a higher profit margin and he can nickel and dime us on additional services such as staining (to which he suggested we'd need). said we should call a surveyor when we have current plot plans. Additionally, he came in thousands of dollars more than his competition (that has outstanding reviews btw). Basically lost 1 hr to listen to him talk us in circles and then told us it'd take him end of the week to get an estimate together! The competition can do this in 2 days tops. Ben did an amazing job installing a solid beautiful fence at a very reasonable price about 3 years ago. I was surprised that he charged me $147 to fix the hinge, suspiciously 3 dollars less than the coupon he had sent me for $25 off $150...what a shame!
