Dillon and his people designed (although simple) and constructed my In ground pool. Dillon’s entire crew were great to work with. My pool is concrete and designed to fit my needs. My husband and I were always consulted from beginning to the end of build. We were able to choose all our features like tile pool color and decking color. Other features such as steps, ledge and water feature. Our pool was finished finally this winter and the ladder install once the water heats up. Dillon 95% of the time answers calls and the other 5% he calls as soon as he can. It is nice to know that he doesn’t leave his customers once the job is completed. We highly recommend Backyard Oasis for inground pools. Dillon is very professional and so good to work with on design and installation. He is always available to answer questions. We had a couple of issues come up with the town ordinances and he worked diligently to get them resolved for us. He even reworked the pool design to give us what we wanted and within the town guidelines. The craftsmanship on the pool and area around the pool is perfect and exactly what we expected. Found Backyard Oasis by accident through my realtor when I was selling my house and needed a short term pool maintenance provider. They serviced my pool for two months. It was the best pool service I ever had in all twelve years I owned my home in Surfside Beach. It was very easy to get a quote and establish an account. They arrived as scheduled and did exactly what we agreed to. Billing was also very easy over the internet. Outstanding service in all categories. So good, that my neighbor signed them up and the buyer of my house retained them. I wish I had them 12 years ago!

Great owner I spoke to him directly about my pool issues and he had his pool tech come right out. I was using Dillon for maintenance on one of my rental properties and found out they also do pool builds. He will have my business for a new build as well. Amazing company. Hard to find nowadays.
