Badgerland Windows

Was quoted “4-6 weeks to get windows ordered/delivered then 1-2 weeks to install” took over 4 months! He cashed the deposit check within 2 days of receiving it- then crickets… many texts sent for updates and took days to weeks to hear back if at all. Finally took my brother calling from a number Eddie didn’t know to get any kind of answers, horrible customer service! Would NOT recommend!

Cold pours in, my house was soundproof with old windows, these window I can hear everything outside. Iam filing with BBB. I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY TO HAVE BETTER WINDOWS INSTALLED. THIS WAS THE WORSE MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE. My next door neighbors also are dissatisfied.

Very unprofessional business. In September of 2022 Badgerland was scheduled to install windows and doors in my house. At around 8am, he called me to claim that my house was locked, which it was not. Ed Plada, ended up breaking into a house down the street, and installed the windows in a different house. Once confronted about the situation, he claimed I was lying and losing my mind. He told me he reordered windows for my house and they would show up in 4-6 weeks, which was a lie, per the window manufacturer. Ed continued to give me updates threw November, I finally called the manufacturer and confirmed that Badgerland never ordered my new windows. I talked to the senile owner of Badgerland and we verbally agreed that I wouldn't have to pay for the 2nd half of the windows. Ed was

Badgerland windows and siding is my "go to" place for both windows and siding. They replaced a couple of windows, two patio doors and resided my entire home. Always professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were pleased with the results. The change in owner ship from Dave to Ed continued the standard of excellence that makes them a premier company to work with. I couldn't be happier with the results. Keep up the great work!

My recent experience with Badgerland Windows and Sidling was terrific. I dealt initially with Dave and he was both helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased with the window replacement which was recently installed in my bedroom. It transformed the room and was exactly what I wanted.The installation crew was fabulous; they worked diligently to make sure eveything was perfect.
