Everyone was very professional, courteous, competent and friendly. From Michelle in the office, guiding me through the entire process, to Steve with his easygoing honest salesmanship, down to the installation of the actual unit by Parker and Kevin, we were well pleased with all that occurred. Kevin's explanation of the unit's operation left us feeling empowered with knowledge. This is a company that does what they say they will do. Something that has become rare these days, unfortunately. Great experience. Fast easy and quality. The technicians were very knowledgeable as well as respectful to the house inside and out while we were working from home inside we managed to get it done. Technical aspects were reviewed and explained thoroughly and so far it’s been great. The generator runs itself every week to test and we have an app that shows everything from maintenance and schedules and more. I’d recommend this company for sure and it took many power outages to get here but after our house was one of 3 that list power for an unknown reason, we just went for it and this will help us get by in so many ways. Don’t wait till the next power outage because that’s when everyone calls. If you know you want this generator for part of your homes needs or the whole house, just get a plan
