Lawrence was a 5 ⭐️ rep who cares. He was thorough and promised a follow up service (due to our schedule). We have been so fortunate to have responsible Terminex reps and it continues! It must be your training or perhaps you pick the best to represent your company.

Austin was helpful by planning ahead and being very thorough with our treatment. He gladly rescheduled the visit the first time because of the great amount of ice and snow on the property.
