Zach was wonderful for our home inspection! He was thorough and extremely kind. He took his time to answer any questions we had and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I spoke to many other inspectors and decided to go with Zach for our home inspection due to the positive and kindness he showed just from a phone call. His pricing was more than reasonable and he really went above and beyond with giving us helpful information as brand new home owners. If we ever move again in the area, we will be sure to use Zach again!

Zach did a fantastic job for our home inspection when my husband and I purchased a new home. He was very responsive and professional, and even planned ahead when there was a possibility of bad weather so he could do the most thorough inspection possible. He walked us through the house and explained everything he found, answering any questions we had. As a first-time home buyer, I could not be more pleased with my experience with Zach/Mirkwood Home Inspections.
