We got estimates from several companies. We decided to go with BAGCO. BAFCO Pools completed our pool in 2023. They did a wonderful job. They kept their timeline and were very professional. They worked very efficiently. The owners, husband and wife, were always available for our questions. They are very authentic and straightforward. We are very happy with our pool and have been enjoying it ever since.

The team with Ernesto is actively working to address the outstanding issues, which I appreciate. There were some concerns during the process, including delays, coordination gaps, and cleanup details that needed attention. Since raising these items, they have been responsive in taking steps to correct them. I’m hopeful we’ll reach a fully resolved and satisfactory outcome, and I appreciate their continued effort to make things right.
