Really 4 1/5 stars. The technician was on time, communicative, informative, courteous and efficient. My only complaint was that he came in without shoe covers. I called it to his attention and he offered to clean up the carpet but I told him my wife said she would take care of it. All is good! Thanks for your ongoing service

Routine Maintenance appears to have been done competently. It was slightly difficult to get detail info from the Tech to learn the condition of my unit after told me everything looked good. A little pricing compared to some competitors. Over all they did well.

Chris came out to my house within a couple hrs of my call to give me a quote to replace my HVAC system. After getting my approval he was able schedule the installation right away. The installation crew was great as well. Communicated with me well and got my heat back on within hours.

We have been using Bailey Heating and Controls since 2011 & have just replaced our Carrier 3.5 ton Single Packaged Air Conditioner & Gas Furnace System with Puron Advance (R-454B) refrigerant. I highly recommend their team and we are very satisfied with their workmanship & professional care to the project.

Technicians showed up on time, and after explaining my HVAC problem to them, they diagnosed it immediately. Turns out my builder didn’t put a large enough breaker in the panel for the heat pump, and the fix was replacing the 40A 2 pole breaker with a 50A. They charged me the $99 trip fee and I replaced the breaker a few hours later myself. Honest and trustworthy, as they could have (right before out of town Christmas guests were arriving) could have taken me for a bit of a ride. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need help.
