Bailey Landscape Maintenance

Be careful using this company! In fact, be careful if your neighbors do too! Super obvious lack of professionalism, from the top down. Our lawn installed by them was mostly weeds and probably would have remained that way without further treatment from an additional company and my own time and energy to improve it. But then they installed my neighbors lawn and thrashed mine which I had reseeded recently. After speaking about this with both the worker and then top man (Levi), they described this as normal and not a big deal. Clear tracks across my lawn (why not use neighbors driveway?) Clearly cleaned their boots on my lawn (why not figure out a better place to do this or prepare to do it before you are here?). TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our landscaping is an absolute eyesore and takes away so much from our otherwise beautiful newly-built home. There were so many problems at different stages, I would NEVER recommend Bailey Landscaping to anyone. My wife and I built a new home, and part of the base price of the house included several thousand dollars of landscaping budgeted in. Bailey Landscaping was the builder’s retained landscaper, so we were committed to use them. New home contract with the builder essentially left us powerless against Bailey’s poor workmanship, as they do not warrant their work against anything. Jeff yelled at me degrading me in front of entire development at highlands, made me feel bad calling off sick very rude very mean very unprofessional they do bad work too just get it done so we get paid there's no quality work here it's get it done quick and well go back 5 times to fix it if we have to. We have had extensive work done with Adam and his crew, and we have gotten to know them very well and personally. I must say I have not worked with anyone so flexible, personable, and workable as Adam. He has answered frantic phone calls in the evening, fit us into his busy schedule, and came out to the house to keep a diligent eye on his workers. I am so impressed with everyone who worked on our extensive backyard. We have had so many problems (not of their doing - but nature's) along the way, that they cleaned up for no cost and they have gone above and beyond with every single thing they did. I would highly recommend these guys! :) And I will post pictures shortly! It is absolutely beautiful and well-done. We are SO pleased.

They were extremely loud early this morning using leaf blowers around our home. This was before 8 AM, which is a blatant violation of the Lower Paxton noise ordinance. We are a hard working family and took off to enjoy spring brake with our kids, only to be woken early by a company that does the bare minimum and poor quality work for our HOA. Their mulching service and maintenance is already subpar, but this clear violation of township rules is completely inappropriate. Thankfully, the township has already responded that they will dispatch an officer and cite the company if they do this again--all we have to do is call the non-emergency number.
