Purchased a 4-ton HVAC system to replace multiple 2.5-ton units that cooled my commercial building for my storefront business. I’ve been dealing with HVAC issues for over a decade due to the nature of my business (dog grooming/kennel), and my store has NEVER had air quality this good. They installed my commercial-grade dehumidifier to work alongside the air handler and set everything up exactly how I wanted. The team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Jeff Smith the owner of Bailey's A. C. is personable, honest trustworthy, and fair. Our A. C. went out the day before we were expecting the temperature to dip into the teens and twenties. We were told by another company that the part (coil) we needed would not be in for 30 days. Jeff contacted the manufacturer; the part was sent overnight delivery. A technician (excellent customer care and an expert at his profession) came to our home the evening the unit went out, put coolant into the unit: we had HVAC for that cold spell. The price was reasonable; the service was excellent. We would highly recommend BAILEY'S A.C.; They are our GO-TO A. C. company. Good pricing, excellent staff, hometown service; the owner, Jeff Smith, treats you like family. GOOD JOB!

We had an urgent issue at our company and Bailey’s came to the rescue. Their technician was top-notch—professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to overcharge us; they were extremely fair and handled the repair during the initial visit. We need more companies like this in the Panama City area. We’ll be using them for all our future needs!

Excellent work from Bailey’s! 2 work trucks and 4 young, experienced men showed up to do the work. Each were professional and very kind. What a difference this new trunk and flexible duct that was installed proved to be! First, they removed all the old (antique!) duct that was in the attic. After they installed the new ducts, they cleaned up any and all mess they made. This was completed in less than a day. Nice! We highly recommend!

I had Baileys come out to fix an a/c unit that was not working. First assessment was a bad fan blade, didn’t fix issue. Second assessment was condenser, that didn’t work out either. Come to find out, I need a new unit. None of this is an issue for me as I’m a contractor and understood the situation. My HOA asked that I use the original installer so I called Baileys and they were more than willing to return the parts and only charge for 2 service calls. I told the receptionist that they were installing the new unit in 3-4 days and I needed them to move swiftly. Two months later, I got a bill for the full amount. I called the receptionist she said it was my fault because I didn’t make an appointment for the tech to come back out after I plainly told her I need the parts picked up in 3-4 days
