Very professional, would definitely recommend using Baker for any services related to AC/Heating needs. The technician who was sent on my original call for concerns regarding my system not cooling properly was very professional and straight to the point and knew what was most likely the cause of my problems before even getting started. Had to have my Condenser replaced and the guys who installed were also very courteous and fast. I will continue to use Baker for their yearly AC Service plan that is offered and definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Very professional and organized from the inspection to the estimate, scheduling and the installation itself. The installers were efficent and kept everything neat and clean. He setup our wifi thermostat and answered all of our questions. Incredible service!

Baker AC was absolutely amazing. From the front office for scheduling, to the tech who came out to explain our options of our main AC and the possibility of adding a mini-split, to the installation team! Every single person was extremely professional and courteous. Never once did Baker AC attempt to pressure us or give us a hard sell on what needed to be done. Just a fair explanation of our options and costs. They took the time to explain everything from our options to the operation of the mini split unit we ended up having installed. Hannah, Gabe, and James are reason enough to choose Baker AC ! An amazing experience all around.

Baker AC is always efficient and prompt! They came out the same day I called and were able to diagnose and repair my AC issue. They do not take shortcuts; it’s done correctly and thoroughly.
