Express Air

Express Air did an excellent job of installing my Mitsubishi Split Air air conditioner and heat pump. I highly recommend this company for installs and maintenance.

I contacted Express Air when my tired old AC unit began operating poorly and my energy bills had suddenly gone way up. I submitted a contact request through their website at 5:30 pm one evening and Miguel Estrada called me within 5 minutes after I submitted the request. He came out to my house the next day to review the existing system and made some recommendations for replacement systems, and then followed that up with a written detailed proposal a day later. On the agreed date of installation, Miguel and Cruz showed up at my house exactly at the time they said they would be there. They spent most of the day removing the old equipment and installing a new 4-ton American Standard AC unit and air handling unit. We called in the morning and two guys came in the afternoon. Miguel was the main guy. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a solution. They had it completed in about 30 minutes. The price was very fair. They were very courteous and neat. We highly recommend Express Air.

Our AC unit went out and it was 87 degrees inside my house when I arrived in the evening. Miguel took my call ( even after regular business hours) and sent tech, Cruz, first thing in the morning. Cruz was very professional, identified the problem and fixed it! I am so thankful for Express Air (and AC!) and HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Completely ghosted us. Came by and looked at our project. Said we would have estimates within the week. We didn’t seek another company so we have wasted nearly two weeks waiting for the estimates. Won’t answer phone calls or texts! If you don’t want a job just be honest. Don’t waste peoples time waiting on something you have no intention of producing. Now we are back to square one and the heat is soon going to be unbearable. Cannot recommend.
