Big thanks to Ayden and Rick! I was running behind and showed up a little after hours and they still helped me out with getting the materials I needed to complete today’s job!
Been here all for almost an hour there literally helping people who came in after me !!! Im going to convince my company to go to tropic I've had enough of this !
They are a wealth of knowledge and experience. They are a bit understaffed at the counter as from beginning to end of my visit was about 30 minutes. 20 of that was waiting on assistance. Other then that, I would have given 4 stars.
I would not give these guys a single star. All they do is put you on hold when you call. I have called 4 times today and all i get is put on hold and then sit here and wait well over 20 minutes no one ever came back to the phone. I dont know how they sell anything!
If you can avoid this company I would. Customer service is so rude!
