The counter guy Zach was rude condescending and extremely unprofessional. He acted as if is was a bother to take care of our order. I have been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. Zach is by far the absolute worst counter person I have ever interacted with. He should go to your Daytona Beach branch and learn customer service skills. I will not be sending my technicians to this store. Nor will I go there. Baker Bros, Orange City lost a customer today.
the service was excellent Josh and Tyler were great and made me feel great when they kept saying in the most handsome man they ever seen
I needed a hard to find part which they didn't have but they're always friendly and willing to help find whatever I need even if that means sending me to a competitor
They took care of me quick and have most stuff for jobs.
Give a chance to the smaller guys don't sell all the equipment to the bigger company s
