Baker Distributing Company

Our normal warranty person was out of the office this week, and I needed some help from Baker to track down a part for a customer. Shane at the pompano location was super helpful and really patient with me. Having dealt with a lot of distributors over the years, it was really refreshing to talk to a true professional.

I deal with a different supply company and after waiting a week received the wrong part. I called Baker/Florida Cooling to see if they had the part in stock. I spoke with Eric and was told that they didn't the part in stock but he let me know he would be able to order it. I told him I would need it the next day. He took my number and called me back with prices, availability and hope that someone actually takes pride in their work. I received the part the next day in the morning as promised. I think I will switch to Baker/Florida Cooling as my primary supplier. Nice work Eric and thank you.

Excellent service!!! Especially on warranty claims. Very helpful. Even if they dont have what you are looking for, they will get you pointed in the right direction.

I used Baker distribution for the first time today. I was referred to them by Johnstone supply. Eric at the desk was extremely informative. He gave me much technical advice. Perfect. I would use them again in a New York minute. Even though I’m from Boston. 5 thumbs up!! :-)
