Baker Parking Garage

Person in red car honda genesis plate # bvt5881 wasnt too happy with me going slow up the ramp and on level 4 she blew right passed me and tried to run me into parked cars so I layed on the horn to let her know that wasnt safe . Apparently she works somewhere in hospital. Young black woman wearing sky blue scrubs.

Parking is just like it is in any garage / lot. There seems to be a few more than I would imagine, handicap spots. Which is very convenient.

Because the parking garage has no height clearance sign , i got my entry ticket,pulled up and got out of my vehicle door to see if the roof of my van will clear ,it looked fine so I entered the garage parked on the 4 th floor. The problem was when I went to leave from the 4 th floor my vehicle roof hit 3 of the 4 down ramp roofs causing damage to my vehicle. finding anyone to contact to take care of the incident is not easy , lots of phone calls and days later I still haven't gotten the information I need. If only the management would put up the height sign , people would not have a problem getting their vehical damaged People want to park safely and get to there Dr. Appointment in the frank s baker center.

The garage is clean and decent. The prices are decent for hospital parking lots. Isles and spots are a bit small for "midern" vehicles and you MUST have plastic to use it. They do not take cash to pay for parking. Make sure you have your credit card or debit card before you pull in. There wasn't a notice on the ticket machine to warn you that it's a cash-less parking structure. (That would be helpful.) I had enough cash to pay for it but thankfully, I had just enough on my debit to cover it otherwise, I have no idea how I would have gotten out. (Out of town, day before payday, medical emergencies are not the right time to get your car stuck.)

I come here every week due to allergy immunotherapy shots. So often the gate things break or malfunction but they don't put signs up so you'll pull up and the gate is open at the entrance but the exit is clearly closed so you still have to take a ticket. Many times it gets really backed up with a line of cars because people don't have a ticket or don't know how to work the machine. It needs clearer instructions or an attendant to assist.
