My wife and I used Baker Property Inspections to inspect our first house purchase, and the service we received was incredible. Our inspection report was extremely thorough and detailed, but still easy to understand. Jason and Audrey also did a great job of answering all of our (many) questions. They're both clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what they do, and it shows. We really couldn't be happier with their work and would use them again without question.

We were provided with an extremely thorough inspection of a home with photos of each issue inside & outside, even with piles of snow & cold weather there was a very great level of care taken to give us the very best service. We were provided with descriptions for each issue documented & even what kind of person we could contact if we pursued fixing it. This company is fabulous. The most detailed home inspection I've ever had prior to a purchase. Jason both talked me through his findings and supplied a 100+ page document complete with photographs and explanations of terms with which I was unfamiliar.
