Bathroom Repairs This company was recommended by my home insurance, so I trusted them to handle my bathroom repairs from start to finish. Unfortunately my experience was mixed. While some parts of the project turned out nicely - the new mirrors, toilet and flooring all met my expectations - I was disappointed with the vanity replacement. The new vanity is noticeably smaller in both sink size and width compared to the original, and the cabinet storage is much more limited in height. I expected the replacement to match the original dimensions more closely. Communication also fell short. They were supposed to do a final walkthrough on Friday but never showed up or called to reschedule, which was frustrating. As a caregiver, I had explained that I couldn’t go in person to select material

Our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Terry from Pro Services came out at 9 at night and had it fixed within 15 minutes or so! We so appreciate the fact that he came out so quickly later at night and the cherry on top is he’s a genuinely nice guy! I highly recommend!

Terry was wonderful. He went above and beyond. I have consumers appliance plan and pro services was assigned. I am extremely happy with the service they supplied. Now my air conditioner is running great again. I thank Terry very much for his great service.

Appreciate the quick service and friendly manner of the associates at this business. Very easy to talk to and they seem to really care to explain what service needs to be done and options if there are any. Unlike some other area services, these folks have never talked down to us regarding equipment malfunctions. Would never hire a company with employees that think its ok to be passing someone already going 63-65mph in a 55 blowing through an intersection at least going 80mph in a one lane road. US route 149 .
