This review is long overdue. I hired Enzo and the Balcan Builders team for a full renovation of my home, which included a complete gut of my entire basement (with the laundry room and half bath), two staircases, my kitchen, and living room. The scope of work was major, they reconfigured the laundry room layout and turned the basement into a fully functional additional bedroom. The renovations began in early October and were fully completed by the end of December, which I consider an impressive turnaround for the amount of work done. What a life changer all thanks to Enzo and his team! They completely took my vision to a tee. I can be very picky and even when I kept changing things or adding...they made it happen. They started right away transfor.ing the entire kitchen in a month which impressed us and our neighbors. Hard workers evening, holidays, and weekends-they truly care about their work. I went with this company based on previous reviews so I want to let people know they are trustworthy, diligent, and precise. I loved that they worked with my budget and I feel like the workmanship was worth more than I paid. Balcan Builders did a spectacular job replacing all the interior doors as well as renovating the original 80’s kitchen and two bathrooms in my condo.
