Smooth Photo Scanning

Irreplaceable family photos lost — no resolution. After using Smooth Photo Scanning in the past, I decided to give them another try for a large and complicated photo order. Most scans were fine, but four large items — including a painting by my late mother and a blueprint of the home my family grew up in — were never scanned, and returned, though I was not charged. I contacted the company multiple times. The owner claimed he looked for the items but adamantly denied I sent them, was unhelpful and offered no resolution. These items are irreplaceable and caused a lot of distress. I filed complaints with the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to no avail. I would think twice before using this company.

I love this place. I had audio cassette recordings of my grandmother talking to me about her life and how she came to America in 1929 when my mother was 7. I had it digitized along with slides of a trip to Europe 55 years ago. It is priceless to me and I'm thankful I have it. Smooth Photos was a pleasure to work with!!

Professional service with a personal touch. I was more than satisfied with the end product. Digital scanning of over 60 old photos of varying size and quality including one with ball pen scribbles on it which was cleaned to perfection. Will definitely use again.

I had three very old family group photos colorized by Smooth Photo Services and the result was amazing, seemingly bringing those persons back to life with perfectly chosen colors, an excellent job. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your more important b&w photos.

Smooth scanning did an awesome job scanning all of my scrapbooks! I now have them all digitized. Brandon was very easy to work with and I am delighted with the final product!
