Too notch, old school customer service. Over the course of a couple weeks, I called asking various questions about auto kèys, fobs & programing. Frans was so patient and thurough with his explanations. He even educated me on things I didn't know to ask about. When I finally showed up at the shop, Chris was there to add his expertise. What a great tag-team effort. Great service at a great price. Highly recommend them for your key & security needs.

I always receive great service from the duke street location. I gentlemen named chris is always there when I go and I have nothing but great experiences every time I have visited this location. He programmed several keys for my unique vehicles and they always worked perfectly. Prices are very fair as well. The dealer wanted double what they charged me.

I had a set of valet keys (one for ignition and one for the trunk) and wanted a key that I could use for the trunk and ignition. Baldinos quickly made me an original key for a fair price. I also had 4 sets of keys made for a heavy duty pad lock, schalge keypad, schalge dead bolt, and storage room key for a very good price.

Chris and his crew are outstanding! They take the time to make sure all your needs are met. I have had many keys copied at this location and they have all worked perfectly! If you're in Alexandria and need any keys, locks or supplies, this is the place to go!!!

I have been going to the Duke street location for years now and the gentlemen Chris that runs the shop is by far the most knowledgeable locksmith I have come across. Every time I get a key cut, rekeyed and or programmed I have never had an issue!!! I highly recommend the duke street location.
